I am here to help people not put all of their laurels on their bodies because bodies are too impermanent and prone to meltdown to be the source of all of our happiness. The answer does not lie in a pill, powder or ritual.
I was an overweight kid who loved sports. Then I was a varsity athlete and eating disorder survivor. Then I was a grad student and activist. Then a bureaucrat and later an aid worker. Then I was a research coordinator and now I am a doctor.
I am here to deepen our shared experience of life through a curious approach to livable wellness and help others do the same.
I love family, which consists of my husband, Dave, and our puppy (not a puppy, totally fully grown) Arlo. I love really great, expensive food and coffee with coconut oil and butter. I love travelling and fixing problems.
I think everyone is doing their best and that everyone can be happy.
